Throughout my life, I have always believed in the power of prayers, especially prayers for family protection. I have read the book of Psalms extensively since it contains very powerful protection prayers.
A few days ago, I was sharing in a bible study, and some members of the group wanted to know which Psalms they could read for family protection.

Psalms 7:1
“Lord my God, I take refuge in you; save and deliver me from all who pursue me.”
In this verse, the Psalmist describes that his refuge is in God. He asks him to deliver him from his pursuers. Therefore, this is a good Psalm to read when you feel the safety of your family is threatened because it reminds you that God can save and deliver you from those planning evil against your family.
Psalms 91:10-11
“no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.”
