The Book of Psalms is my best book in the Bible, and I read it every morning to kickstart a wonderful day ahead. Last Friday, I decided to commence a discussion on the best Psalms to read in the morning during our Bible study session.

Psalm 46:5
“God is in that city, and it will never be destroyed; at early dawn he will come to its aid.”
In this verse, the Psalmist declares that God is within the city and, therefore, it will never fall or be destroyed. In addition, he states that God will come to the city’s aid at early dawn or the break of day.

In this verse, the Psalmist prays to God to listen to his voice in the morning. He further lays his requests before God at sunrise and hopefully anticipates His answer.
This Psalm is a devotional plea to God to heed your prayer request from the morning. It also provides hope that God will grant you the desires of your heart.
Psalm 88:13
“Lord, I call to you for help; every morning I pray to you.”
In this verse, the Psalmist calls to God every morning and asks Him for help. The Psalm can be used as a morning prayer to God for help in times of difficulty. It is equally a reminder that God will come through for you at your point of need.
Psalm 30:5
“His anger lasts only a moment, his goodness for a lifetime. Tears may flow in the night, but joy comes in the morning.”
