According to Proverbs 28:26, the Bible implies that whoever trusts in his thinking is a fool. It continues to say that one should trust in the wisdom granted to them by God. This teaches Christians to ask God for wisdom so their thoughts can be trustworthy. When Christians think without the wisdom of God, they end up sinning since their thoughts are from the world. Just like Solomon believed in God and asked God for wisdom, Christians should also do the same so that their mind can think right and make good decisions.
The Bible says that one should not be anxious about anything. Philippians 4:6 reads, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” Anxiety starts from the mind. It is caused by a person overthinking either positively or negatively since one can be anxious out of excitement or sadness. The Bible teaches that Christians should not overthink anything since God is there to help them. Leave it all to God through prayers, supplication, and thanksgiving; he will take control of what is troubling you.
According to Proverbs 3:5, the Bible implies that we should trust the lord instead of leaning on our thinking and understating. We should let God be in control of what we think so that we can escape evil. By trusting in God in whatever we think, he will enable our minds to understand what the Bible teaches so we can follow his will. From the story of Jesus Christ, Jesus always did what was right in God’s eyes. This is because he let God be in control. He trusted in God in everything, and his thoughts were never evil. Therefore, Christians should follow the steps of Jesus Christ and allow God to be their controller even in their thinking.
According to Ephesians 4:23, the Bible says that true holiness comes from being renewed in our mind. A renewed mind is a mind created by God according to his will. Christians should pray that God renews their mind to be holy before God and escape judgment for unrighteous things. It is only God who is capable of purifying the thinking of a person since he created us. Therefore, let God cleanse your mind so that you can avoid evil and receive the eternal kingdom of God.

Romans 7:25 “Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh, I serve the law of sin.” the teachings of Jesus Christ are in our minds. The mind, therefore, knows the will of God. Christians learn they should keep their thinking pure to serve the law of God since their body may fall into temptation.
Colossians 3:2 “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.” This verse is about embracing the new self that God made us after the death of Jesus. Stop letting your mind be influenced by the evil things found on earth. Instead, allow your mind to be influenced by the righteousness of God.
Romans 1:28 “And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.” The Bible teaches that those who don’t acknowledge God will have evil thoughts. God will put in them the devil’s mind so they can be unrighteous before him. They will not inherit the Kingdom of God, for unrighteous thoughts are condemned in the Bible.
2 Timothy 2:7 “Think over what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything.” The Bible implies that God will give understanding to those who think about what is taught in the Bible. Many people in the Bible teach about the will of God and what he wants his people to do. Therefore, Timothy was telling the people of God that they should consider what he was teaching so that God could enable them to understand.
Ephesians 4:23-24 “and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self-created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.” From this verse, Christians learn that renewed minds make them holy to God. When you’re thinking changes, you become a new self that God is proud to call his child.
Romans 12:3 “For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.” This verse teaches that one should not think that they are powerful. They should think of themselves humbly to not put themselves above others. Let God’s faith guide your thinking so that it can be right before man and God.

Psalm 139:23-24 “Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!” these are David’s words while he was making a prayer to God. From this prayer, Christians learn that they should ask God to change their thinking to receive the everlasting life promised to them. When God changes, searches your thoughts, and changes your thinking, you become renewed and a faithful child of God.
1 Corinthians 2:11 “For who knows a person’s thoughts except for the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.” Another person cannot tell what you are thinking, so no one can tell what God is thinking. It is only the spirit in you that can tell what your thoughts are, just like only God’s spirit can tell God’s thoughts. Therefore instead of trying to figure out what God is thinking, pray that he shows you what he wants you to do. When you pray, he will help you live a righteous life as taught by Jesus Christ.
