Does the Bible say that Jesus loves me?
The Bible clearly says that regardless of the severity of sins you have committed, Jesus loves you. He promises to forgive you of every sin you have committed and reward you with eternal life in paradise if you have faith and believe in Him.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life,” John 3:16. This passage is enough proof of the love that Jesus has for you. All you need to do is to believe in Him because even He believes in His Father.
“But God has shown us how much he loves us – it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us! By his blood, we are now put right with God; how much more, then, will we be saved by him from God’s anger!” Roman 5:8-9. Jesus agreed to die for your sins on the cross because He loves you unconditionally. Through His suffering and death on the cross, you now have the chance to have eternal life.
Ephesians 2:8-9 says that you do not have to earn His love; all you need to do is to accept it by having faith in Him. Jesus’ love for you is a gift you do not have to pay for through good deeds.
It is human nature to sin; however, at times, the nature and severity of your sins might lead to doubt about whether Jesus still loves. What will surprise you is that Jesus still offers you forgiveness without conditions and eternal life. An example of His love for man can be seen in His last-minute interaction with one of the thieves who were crucified next to Him. The thief turned to Jesus and said, And he said to Jesus, “Remember me, Jesus, when you come as King!” Jesus said to him, “I promise you that today you will be in Paradise with me,” Luke 23:42-43. Despite being a criminal, Jesus accepts His sincere and simple act of faith and guarantees Him eternal life in paradise. Therefore, even if you do not have the chance to live your life differently, if you have faith and believe in Jesus, He will wash your sins away and make you as white as snow.
If the thought of “does Jesus love me” keeps bothering you, all you need to do is visualize a picture of Jesus on the cross. He suffered and was crucified so that you could have a new life. There is no love stronger than that of Jesus for man.
How much does Jesus love me?
Jesus loves you the same way God loves Him, as stated in John 15:9. All that is needed of you for Jesus to love you this way is to obey His command. (John 15:12).
Because of His love for you, Jesus chose to suffer and die on the cross so that your sin could be forgiven. He also allows you to have eternal life in the Kingdom of Heaven, with the only condition being faith and believing in Him.

If you want to know whether Jesus loves you, ask yourself this question. Would you be willing to die for someone who has spent their entire life doing things to cause you pain? For most people, the answer to this question is simple. No one would even be willing to die for someone who has helped them.

However, Satan likes to convince you that you are not forgiven so that you can live a miserable life and remain in his grasp.

Jesus is God, but He agrees to come to earth, live a human life, and suffer and die a shameful death in the hands of the same man He is trying to redeem. This is the love that Jesus has for His followers, who He refers to as friends.

Loving like Jesus means sacrificing so that others can access something they need. Man needed redemption from His sinful nature, which is precisely what Jesus gives you access to when He suffers and dies on the cross.
Because no one will ask you to die for the sake of the human race like just did, all you can do to match His love is be willing to part ways with your precious rest time, money, and other possessions to assist those in need. Also, you can regularly serve others without asking for any payment in return. Also, love everyone, including your foes and avoid treating people selectively; favoritism based on social and financial status has been condemned in the Bible. Treat everyone with the respect they deserve. Lastly, you can love like Jesus by forgiving those who wrong you. Jesus forgave those who beat and crucified Him, stating they did not know what they were doing.
Bible verses about Jesus’ love
John 15:9. “As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.” In this passage, Jesus says He loves His followers with the same love His Father has for Him.
John 15:13. “Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends.” In this verse, Jesus says that no love is greater than that of a man who is willing to die to save his friend, which is precisely what He did for man.
