You may be in a situation that requires you to make a decision, and you don’t know what to do. You may be stranded and wondering which choice to make.
You might be feeling like you need help deciding so you may not make the wrong one. In such a moment, you should trust in God to help you make wise decisions you won’t regret.
Just put your trust in Him, and let us pray.
Dear Father,
Thank you for always being with me and carrying me through this far. You have been my guide in all my ways, and trusting you has never been in vain. I come to you at this moment for guidance.
Lord, I am in a situation that has presented me with a dilemma, and I do not know which path to take. Help me know what to do so I may not make a wrong decision.
I cannot rely on my mind, Lord, my understanding may fail me, but you cannot. You tell us in your word to trust in you with all our hearts and not to rely on our understanding, this is why I come to you, because my Wisdom is not enough.
Father, you are the giver of Wisdom, and give generously to those who ask from you. I ask for Wisdom at this moment to be able to know which the best decision is.
You alone know the mind and thinking of man through the Spirit you have put in him. You know mine, Lord, and you know my thinking.
Help me so that my thinking will align with your Wisdom.
Lord, you promised you shall be with us to the end of time. I believe you are with me now. Your word encourages me to ask, and it shall be given to me in Matthew 7:7, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”
Help me know the right decision to make. You helped your servant Solomon, and gave him Wisdom to decide the case of the two women fighting over a child. Help me also to solve this dilemma.
Lord, you have the final say in all that I do, and even when I make plans, you are the one who establishes them. I believe you will help me know which decision to make because you are faithful.
In Jesus’ name, I pray.
Amen.
