Having a calm mind increases the quality of your productivity. Different situations at the workplace can make you stressed out.
Remember, the Lord is your peace, protector, and provider.
Humble yourself and present your worries and anxieties to Him as we pray.
Dear Lord,
I thank you for the gift of my job. Thank you for allowing me to sustain myself. Father, in the past few days, it has not been easy for me.
Worry and anxiety have filled my heart. I do not know what tomorrow holds for me. The pressure at my workplace is getting out of hand. I feel like giving up.
Grant me the strength to overcome this period because I believe I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.
Fill my heart with patience for me to take my time to understand everything and deal with all situations diligently.
Help me understand and respect my boss even with their imperfections for no human is perfect. Allow them to create a conducive working environment for quality work.
You are a God who exalts the humble and humbles the proud. Allow me to remain humble around my boss. Enable them to notice my productivity at the workplace.
Allow me to uphold confidence in my abilities despite the pressure at work. May I depend on your validation alone. Do not let me feel unproductive when I do not get validation from my boss or colleagues.
Instead, let me dedicate myself and work in a way that pleases you, Lord.
Grant me a calm and sound mind. Center my thoughts so I can focus on the tasks assigned to me. When I am rushing to meet deadlines and tasks that are overwhelming me, cool my emotions.
Make a way for me and allow me to tackle a task at a time for quality work. Lord, secure this job for me because that is where I get my daily bread.
Merciful Father, ease my mind to walk through this period with my head held high. Let me come out stronger and more experienced.
Despite the problems overwhelming me, I know you are a bigger God than them all. Grant me the wisdom to know how to handle each situation. In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray and believe.
Amen.
