Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night worried about your life? Have the daily struggles brought you down, and depression has kicked in?
Rejoice because you are dearly loved by the Father. Take a moment and consider His tender love and mercy for you, and join me as we cast our cares to Him.

Dear God,
I come to You with a heavy heart, seeking peace of mind and freedom from depression and anxiety. I know that anything is possible when You are with me.
Please help me find the serenity to move forward and overcome my fears, depression, and anxiety. Please give me the strength to overcome the negative thoughts and emotions holding me back from living life with purpose and gratitude.
Fill me with love and guide me into tranquillity and peace. Make me resilient to the obstacles in my way. Please give me the gift of faith so I may rest in Your perfect plan for my life.
Help me trust You, even when I cannot see what You’re doing in my life. Let me rest in your promise that You will never leave or forsake me.
Heal my mind of the pain and discomfort created by this depression. Help me rest in perfect peace, for I trust in You. Heal me and restore the joy of my salvation and the peace found only in Your son and my savior, Jesus Christ.
Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed.
Father, give me the wisdom to make the right choices. Protect me from the Enemy’s attacks in my vulnerable moments. Please grant me the clarity and focus to hear Your voice amidst the chaos in my life.
May Your Holy Spirit fill me with love, joy, and peace. Fill me with gratitude for the little moments in my life and draw my focus to you, O Lord. I cast my burdens on you because you care for me.
Help me experience freedom from anxiety and depression. Remind me every day that I belong to You. Let Your warm embrace engulf me, and may my days be filled with peace and tranquillity.
Thank you, Lord, for hearing my Prayer and for Your love and mercy that’s renewed every day. I pray all these in the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.

As a Christian, I have always been passionate about sharing God’s word with young people.
